Jasmine the Sheltie
This is Jasmine the Sheltie. She belong to Kelley and Kelley belong to her. She had a great smile. Sadly Kelley lost her a few years ago but her Mom got her this portrait for her birthday. Happy Birthday Kelley.

       Dexter the Sheltie                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   This is Dexter the Sheltie. He is really cute. But so difficult to paint. Because he has so much black on him he was difficult to see to even draw. So I had to work extra hard on this one.

Russell's painting

This is Russell. Lisa's daughter was asked what she wanted for Christmas
and this is her request. This cat reminds me of my last dog who was a
 French bull dog. I only had to look at him to put a smile on my face.
 I was smiling when I painted this.

Shetland Sheepdog named Dede

Kelly and her brother wanted a painting 
of their Mom's dog Dede who had just passed 
away. Kelly says she loves the painting and she 
can't stop looking at it cause it looks just like her.
My sister had a Sheltie when we were 
growing up. They are very sweet dogs.

Harley

This is Harley. He is a Golden Retriever who belongs to Judy who
was a friend of my Mom's. My Mom and Dad died suddenly before
last Christmas. On my Mom's last birthday I gave her some notecards
of her dog Ben. She (unknown to me) advertised my work by sending
out the notecard to her friends with animals. That was my Mom always
thinking about her daughters and her friends. Her friends have been
telling me about how she helped them. Going to a friends Parents
estate for moral support, going to a friends house to knock on her
door so her dog could get over it's fear and going to a neighbors house
daily while she was sick and suggesting often she get a dog when her
husband died. I miss them.

DeDe

DeDe is a black Yorkie Maltese. She is now 14 years old and has been the absolute joy to her family. Mary's husband is her favorite. Mary got her husband a painting as a Holiday gift. She said they both love it. 

Mini

This was Mini. He was a pomeranian. His family deeply miss him after losing him last December. His human Mom said her Mini's painting is beautiful and she absolutely loves it.

Raffle on Yorkie

This is Tommi. He is a Yorkshire Terrier. Tommi's 11" by 14" original painting will be raffled off at Woof Gang Bakery in Winter Park Florida starting on the 4th of August till the end of August. The raffle tickets will be for sale for $3 a ticket and will be available through Woof Gangs at (407)647-9663. The raffle winner will be notified at the start of September. Tommi Gunns is a sweet boy who can make anyone smile. He loves to greet all the customers who come into Woof Gang Bakery and loves helping pick out squeaky toys with his new friends. I did this painting 23 years ago and to the best of my memory is my first pet portrait.

Kacy

This is Kacy. He loved to be in the middle of everything. From jumping in that suitcase being packed to laying on the kitchen table. He was very old when his human Mom lost him but she often thinks of him. Kacy is shown in two paintings. A more realistic version and a more contemporary style. I have had several request for the later style. The contemporary style would be offered at $75 for a 11" by 14" painting.

Missy

This was Tony's dog Missy. Missy was a well loved Shih Tzu who lived to be 16 years old.
She was playful, loving, and timid. She will never be forgotten and she will be truly missed by her family.

Dex

This is Dex. He is the kind of animal that knows what he likes. He is very smart and one of his favorite spots is to be in his owners lap.

Buster

This is Elizabeth's dog. Buster was like a child to her and her husband. When he past away she had me paint this so she could still see his face in her home.

Baby Boy

This is Baby Boy. I painted this last October. Sadly he died on March 7,2011. He will be missed by his family. My dog Kai also died last year from cancer. My thoughts are with you Jean.

Sasha

This is Sasha I'm told he loves to cuddle.

This is Megan Von Schmidt who is the raffle winner of Sandy Paws pet Holiday party which was on last Saturday December 18. Congratulations. She won a 11 by 14 inch painting of her pet.

Barney

This is Barney. He lives in Pennsylvania and he likes to play in the snow. His cat brother is Baby Boy who I had the pleasure of painting a few months ago.

Ben

This is a painting of Ben. I was glad to be asked to paint him. He reminds me of my own dog who is a Jack Russell. Ben is also very handsome.
